One luxury you can not buy for any amount of money is time. And time is running out for our little “family” here in Sydney. As my roommate Kate will leave the house soon to teach near her home in Bowral we headed to Manly Beach to have a good night out. In fact we went to one of the best restaurants in town and forgot about our tight budgets for the night. On the menu: Peking duck as a starter followed by Scampi and Sorbet. The meal was fantastic.
Everything was perfect and a warm feeling surrounded all of us. It felt so much like harmony and family and we were all so happy. We talked very openly to each other about all kinds of stuff and a bit of nostalgia surrounded the evening. These are the memories that make this trip worthwile!
