Weblog entry 17.11.06 Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef

There is no time to be sad about leaving Sydney and lots of friends behind, as one of the best diving sides in the world are stunning us here in Cairns.






After arriving in Cairns on Thursday we took a day tour to the Great Barrier Reef the next day. What an amazing dive side! What I saw under water: Beautifully coloured coral reefs, nemo, the biggest fish I have ever seen (1 meter at least), Barracudas, etc., etc.
