Weblog entry 15.11.2007 The Engagement

This was a day full of action for us, starting the magnificent Milford Road and the Skydive. As the end of our trip is approaching we wanted to treat ourselves tonight, so we went to the Skyline Restaurant which is on a hill over Queenstown with a fabulous view and a great Buffet.

As if the events from today had not been enough, the couple next to us got engaged while we were sitting just meters away. After crying a lot and looking at the ring for about an hour they were so happy that they wanted to share this experience with us. So, we went over to their table, had a glass wine with them and shared the enthusiasm. Now we are invited to come to the wedding at the gold coast at the end of this year! What an incredible end to an incredible day…
